Your children are our concern. At Eloy Elementary School District, we work with parents and staff to ensure the health and wellness of our students are a top priority.

Health Services

Our credentialed school nurse provides the following services to students, families, and staff:

  • Nursing treatments
  • Medication delegation, administration, and supervision
  • Health status assessments and special health care plans for students
  • Health consultations for students and staff
  • Referrals to community resources
  • Student Study Team (SST) and Individual Education Plan (IEP) team support
  • Prevention and control of communicable diseases
  • State-mandated screenings (vision and hearing testing/ follow-up and scoliosis)
  • Health screening/referrals/case management for injury and illness
  • Crisis and health counseling
  • Immunization monitoring and CHDP compliance
  • CPR instruction
